Roloff Has Been Trying to Sell Part of the Farm
Over the past few years, Matt Roloff has made several attempts to part with a portion of Roloff Farms. Both of his sons, Jeremy and Zach, had tried to negotiate deals to purchase part of the Oregon property, but the plans ultimately fell through.
After those talks collapsed, Roloff put 16 acres of the family’s 109-acre farm on the market in 2022 with an asking price of $4 million. He later withdrew the listing, only to relist it in April 2025 at a reduced price of $2,895,000.
The beautiful property is a staple on the hit TLC show. The real estate broker described the home in an Instagram post, “Step into a storybook lifestyle on this iconic 16+ acre farm in the heart of Helvetia. Whether you’re craving a peaceful retreat, ready to launch your agritourism vision, or seeking a property that fuels your creativity—this estate delivers.” It includes a home theater, scenic trails, and the “Big Red Barn,” which is perfect for hosting events.
