After undergoing bariatric surgery in 2022, Tammy had skin removal surgery in January
“At my heaviest, I weighed over 700 pounds. Now, I’m down to 238,” Tammy shared. Following her bariatric surgery, she also underwent skin removal surgery earlier this year, where doctors removed more than 15 pounds of excess skin from her chin, arms, and lower stomach.
“I was really nervous about the skin removal surgery because I was scared of how I would feel seeing myself without my belly,” Tammy revealed in a recent interview with People about reaching this milestone.
“The night before surgery, I was absolutely terrified. I was even more nervous about the skin removal than I was for the sleeve gastrectomy because this time, they’re actually cutting off my whole belly!”
Fans have shown overwhelming support for Tammy in the comments on her recent TikTok videos, applauding her dedication and transformation.

These latest photos mark another milestone in Tammy Slaton’s journey, following her recent engagement to girlfriend Andrea Dalton, which she announced during a June episode of the Creative Chaos podcast.
During the conversation, Tammy Slaton casually referred to Andrea Dalton as her “fiancée,” which prompted podcast host Hunter Ezell to clarify if she was, in fact, engaged.
“Me and my fiancée, we kind of just chill at home,” Tammy said when asked about how she spends her free time. Ezell quickly interrupted: “Hold on, did you just say fiancée?”
He also pointed out that Tammy was wearing a necklace with Dalton’s first name on it.
Tammy went on to share more about their relationship, saying, “We go to Walmart and just walk around… We don’t really buy anything, just like to walk.”
Finally, she confirmed the happy news by showing off her diamond ring after Ezell noted how her face “lit up” whenever she talked about her fiancée.
