Instead of obsessing over the number on the scale, Whitney wants people to focus on what really matters: her No Body Shame movement, her efforts to embrace fitness, make healthier choices, and promote body positivity. Still, after being asked repeatedly on Instagram, Whitney decided to clear the air.
She posted:
“Spoiler: I’ve weighed the same since Season 1 of #MyBigFatFabLife in 2015. I’ve always been 380 lbs, and any changes were actually a little less. I was around 355 at one point in Season 4 — and yes, that’s all right there on TV, so you don’t just have to take my word for it,” Whitney explained.
Her message is loud and clear: it’s not about the weight — it’s about the journey.
