Tina’s Criticism of Vannessa
Vannessa Cross has remained relatively quiet about her fractured friendship with Tina. With Tina now free from her contractual obligations to TLC, she has not hesitated to express her feelings publicly.
Since her departure from 1000-Lb Best Friends, Tina has made her disdain for Vannessa clear on social media, even calling her a “cash cow” for TLC in one of her rants. In response, Vannessa appeared to subtly shade Tina in a promotional clip for the new season.
The rift between the two women seems irreparable, as Tina recently commented, “This is why only a few people are allowed in my inner circle. I’m a one-and-done kind of girl—give me one reason not to trust you, and I’m done forever. People usually show you who they are; you just have to be willing to listen. V and I were never close for that very reason. Walls are built for a reason.”
