Chantel married Ashley Bowen on October 17, 2026, in Alabama. Pedro got engaged to Valentina Malagon on a Hawaii beach in June 2026. Two exes, two love stories, two very different second acts — all unfolding within the same wild year. Here is how their parallel happy endings stack up.

Two Proposals, Two Completely Different Fairy Tales

Chantel’s proposal played out like a storybook. Ashley Bowen got down on one knee on December 17, 2025, at Uhuburg, a Renaissance-style castle in Helen, Georgia, and performed an original love song she wrote for Chantel. The couple announced the engagement on December 23, 2025.

Pedro’s proposal was pure beach romance — with a chaotic twist. According to People, he told Valentina he was taking her to the best restaurant in Hawaii, then drove for an hour to what she thought was the middle of nowhere — until she saw the heart-shaped arch made of red roses, the illuminated “Will You Marry Me?” sign, and Pedro down on one knee on the sand in Oahu on June 6, 2026.

One Wedding Down, One Still to Come

Chantel and Ashley are already wives. Per People, they married at Fountainview Mansion in Auburn, Alabama, in front of about 60 guests. “It feels so good to be wives,” Chantel said in a video shared after the ceremony.

Pedro and Valentina, meanwhile, are still in the planning phase — and they do not agree on the venue yet. In their June engagement announcement, Pedro admitted, “She wants the wedding in Colombia, I want the wedding in the DR,” adding that the United States is also an option. No date has been announced.

The Family Blessing Problem

Every 90 Day wedding comes with a family subplot, and Pedro’s may be the trickiest. When Valentina was introduced at the 90 Day: The Single Life Season 5 Tell All, Pedro’s sister Nicole Jimeno openly questioned how the well-traveled Colombian psychologist funded her travels. Valentina shut that down on the spot, noting that Nicole was speaking without all the information.

Pedro has already drawn his line: he plans to take Valentina to the Dominican Republic to meet his mother and Nicole, and if his mother gives her blessing, wonderful — if not, he will go his own way with Valentina. “I am not going to make the same mistakes I’ve made in the past,” he said at the Tell All.

Faith, Fresh Starts — and the Same Dream

Here is the twist nobody predicted: both exes rebuilt their lives around the same themes — faith, family, and peace. According to reports, Pedro and Valentina were baptized together before their wedding, with Pedro saying, “With her, I learned that peace has a name.”

Chantel has used strikingly similar language about her own marriage, telling People that marriage means “growing together, creating a home, and being each other’s family.” And at the Tell All, Valentina said that what Pedro wants most right now is to form his family and to be a father. Two people who once could not agree on anything now want the same thing — just with different partners.

Will Cameras Catch the Second Wedding?

That is the question fans keep asking. TLC has not confirmed any wedding special or new season following Pedro and Valentina’s engagement, so any talk of a televised ceremony is fan speculation for now.

Whether or not cameras roll, the symmetry is hard to ignore. Four years after one of reality TV’s bitterest divorces, both Chantel Everett and Pedro Jimeno found someone who makes them feel safe, celebrated, and seen.

So, fans, settle this one: whose second happily-ever-after are you more excited to watch — Chantel and Ashley’s married life, or Pedro and Valentina’s wedding-to-be? Drop your pick in the comments below.
