Meri Brown Asks Fans What Her Memoir Should Expose — And Their Answers Are WILD

Meri Brown just dropped a bombshell on Instagram — and the Sister Wives fandom is already tearing itself apart. In a short clip posted this week, Meri sat at her computer, fingers flying over the keyboard, with a single tease across the screen: “Book anyone.” Her caption said it all: “There is a lot left to share.”
According to reports, Meri is writing a memoir — and she asked her followers to tell her exactly which secrets they want her to spill about Kody and the plural family. Big mistake, or genius marketing? Because the answers fans gave her were absolutely ruthless.

The Wildest Fan Requests
Fans did not hold back. The comment section under Meri’s post turned into a wishlist of every uncomfortable question the show never fully answered. Topping the list: where did the money go? Then came the emotional ones — what was it really like raising Leon, and how did she truly feel each time a new wife entered the family?
Others went straight for the jugular. How did she feel when Kody called her “the bait” used to bring Robyn into the family? What really happened with the catfish saga and Robyn? Was the move to Flagstaff actually about Dayton’s college, as the Browns claimed? What’s the real truth about Christine — and did Meri know from the beginning that Robyn was Kody’s “soulmate”?
These aren’t polite questions. They’re the raw, unanswered questions fans have been chewing on for a decade.
Team Tell-All: “Where Did the Money Go?”
Team Tell-All wants the full unfiltered version — especially the finances. The Browns’ money story has been a black box for years, and Kody’s answers have always been vague. Christine already got her turn in 2022 with “Sister Wife: A Memoir of Faith, Family and Finding Freedom.” Janelle is busy building her new life. That leaves Meri — Kody’s first wife, the legal wife who divorced him so he could legally marry Robyn — as the one person who was there for all of it.
If anyone knows where the money went, it’s her. For Team Tell-All, anything less than the full financial truth would feel like a cover-up.

Team Let-It-Heal: Don’t Reopen the Wounds
Team Let-It-Heal says: enough. This camp argues Meri has finally found peace, and a scorched-earth memoir would only re-poison relationships she’s worked hard to settle. They point to Meri’s own words — she told ET she wants to write from a “healed” perspective, not a hurt one, and admitted she could go “guns blazing” but doesn’t want to.
For this side, the memoir should be about Meri’s comeback — her independence, her business, her new chapter — not a revenge book that drags everyone back into the wreckage of the plural family.

What Meri Actually Told ET About the Book
In her October interview with ET’s Rachel Smith, Meri confirmed she has “put pen to paper,” though the release date is still “to be determined.” She was clear about the tone she wants: healed, not bitter.
But then she said the one line that split the fandom all over again. “People want the tea, but people want the tea in a certain way,” Meri laughed — before admitting, “I gotta be a little salty” if she wants the book to actually sell. Is “a little salty” just honest storytelling? Or is it the tell-all the fans have been begging for, wearing a nicer outfit?
With Season 21 currently airing on TLC and the spotlight now on Janelle, Christine and Meri — while Kody and Robyn have stepped away from filming, according to reports — the timing of this memoir could not be more explosive.
So now it’s your turn: Team Tell-All or Team Let-It-Heal — which camp are you in, and what’s the ONE question you’d want Meri’s memoir to answer? Drop it in the comments.
