1000-Lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton has revealed an unexpected update just two months after announcing her engagement to fiancée Andrea.
The reality personality, who has shed more than 225 kilograms, took to TikTok to show off her “new smile.”
However, while the video was meant to highlight her relationship milestone, fans were quick to notice something worrying — visible bruising on her face
In the clip, Tammy is spotted riding in the car with her fiancée and partner of three years, Andrea Dalton.
As the couple joyfully sings along to the 1984 classic “Footloose,” Tammy beams with a wide smile, though fans couldn’t help but notice the bruising visible on her chin.
“Are you OK? what happened in your chin?” one follower asked.

“You look happy and look good. But why do you have a bruise on your face ??” wrote a third.
In the comments section, Tammy confirmed: “I had teeth pulled.”
One follower however, couldn’t get over how happy Tammy looked after her recent transformation.
“Is that her girlfriend?” they asked, to which Tammy sweetly replied: “One day she’ll be my wife.”
If this video is any indication, Tammy and Andrea are still very much going strong – with a wedding on the way!
As for her concerned fans, Tammy opened up about her smile transformation earlier on the Creative Chaos podcast.
During her interview with host Hunter Ezell, Tammy shared that she’d gotten her smile makeover in August 2025.
“They’re temporary still,” Tammy explained. “But they had to cement them in because the glue wasn’t holding…they had to pull teeth, and it’s a bridge. I’m still getting more done. It’s a process.”
While Tammy was chuffed with her new teeth she did admit that online comments over her previously gappy smile used to sting.
“I find it absolutely repulsive the amount of people that comment on your videos, ‘When’s she going to fix her teeth?’ Do you not think she knows that?” Hunter said.
Tammy replied, “It’s not easy. It’s not.”
