Earlier this summer, cameras captured Thore undergoing a medical procedure called a womb wash as part of her preparation for insemination.
She described the choice as “the most intentional act” of her life, emphasizing the deep emotional significance and determination behind the process.
The show has also documented her careful search for a sperm donor, with Thore candidly sharing the balance between medical considerations, emotional vulnerability, and her lifelong dream of motherhood.
Explaining her criteria, the reality star told viewers: “My requirements for a donor are really pretty simple. I don’t care about the child’s skin color, eye color, or hair color. What matters to me is that the donor is healthy and free of genetic diseases.”
In a Season 13 episode, she was later seen browsing a sperm donor database with her friends, filtering through various categories in hopes of finding the right match.
