In a recent conversation, Lydia Plath and her husband, Zac Wyse, opened up about their family plans, sharing that they are currently “playing it by ear” when it comes to children, though they definitely hope to have at least three.
Lydia mentioned that her father is especially excited about becoming a grandfather. He even kept an old shelf that her mother once used to display baby pictures, and now he’s eager to see it filled with photos of his future grandchildren.
The couple also recalled a sweet memory of holding a newborn and a 6-month-old at a friend’s gathering. Lydia called it “the most perfect picture in the world,” but admitted that, for now, they are still taking their time before officially starting a family.
Both Lydia and Zac explained that they want to truly get to know each other as a married couple and make sure everything feels right before stepping into parenthood. Although they are not rushing, they already have some baby items on hand—from formula to bottles—showing that the idea is very much on their minds.
Zac added with a laugh that with plans for multiple kids, their family will never run short of babysitters, which would give them the chance to still enjoy date nights and vacations together.
