Whitney filmed herself in an empty studio donning black high-waisted leggings and a matching sports bra, exposing her bare stomach and arms.
She paired the outfit with white socks and sneakers and her brunette hair slicked back into two high buns.
The TV personality first modeled her ensemble for the camera before giving a view of her backside while doing squats and jumping rope as she demonstrated how she tests the fit of her activewear.
The video was in response to a fan asking where she purchased her exercise attire, and Whitney revealed that the plus-size boutique Rainbeau Curves was her go-to for fitness gear.
Whitney revealed in her caption that the set was a size “26/28,” and the measurements “run on the smaller side.”
Fans applauded the reality star for her noticeably smaller appearance after she began her weight-loss journey earlier this year.
