Emma Called Jamal “The One” — But Are They Still Together? The Fan Verdict

She was deserted in the desert. He is the franchise’s most charming mama’s boy. And now, 90 Day: Hunt for Love Season 2 has turned Emma Perry and Jamal Menzies into the season’s most chaotic couple. But with cameras off and the Tell All still ahead, the question everyone is asking is simple: are Emma and Jamal still together? We gathered every clue so far — and the fandom has already split into two camps.

The Messiest Origin Story of the Season

Few 90 Day romances start messier than this one. Fans first met Emma on Before the 90 Days Season 8, where her boyfriend Ziad El Yahyaoui literally left her in the desert after she admitted she had once been engaged to another man from Morocco. Then came the love triangle no one ordered: Emma briefly hooked up with Rob Warne — Jamal’s franchise bestie.

Learning they’d both be cast on Hunt for Love, Emma and Jamal met at a bar the night before filming, got drunk, and one thing led to another. By night one at the Puerto Rico retreat, they were swapping necklaces — before Jamal took his back, pulled newcomer Ericka Webb aside, and told Emma to stop “acting crazy.” Messy doesn’t begin to cover it.

The “Wedding” Episode and “The One”

On Episode 3, the fling became official. Appearing on the commentary series Sheet Talking, Emma called it her “wedding” episode — and Jamal “The One.”

Catch: the season was filmed in April 2026, so the couple can’t confirm their current status until the Tell All. Every clue fans have comes from what Emma and Jamal have dropped since cameras stopped rolling.

The San Diego Sighting: Calling Each Other “Babe”

Here’s the strongest receipt the “still together” camp has. Since Episode 3 premiered, the couple has posted plenty of behind-the-scenes content, proving they’re on good terms at the very least. Then, as recently as October 18, fans spotted Jamal and Emma together at Fashion Valley Mall in San Diego — “very friendly and kind,” and calling each other “babe,” according to blogger MerryPants, who shared the fan tip.

A casual hang? Exes don’t usually mall-stroll calling each other “babe” months after filming.

The Fan Verdict: Two Camps, One Question

So: still together, or done? The fandom is genuinely split.

Camp “Endgame” says yes. The BTS flood after Episode 3, the “The One” comment, the October 18 mall sighting, the “babe” energy — this isn’t how exes behave. They think Emma and Jamal are just contractually mum until the Tell All.

Camp “Not So Fast” has red flags. According to reports, Jamal recently posted a mirror selfie in a black suit asking followers who wanted an invite to “our wedding” — with no bride named. And he once told Ericka Webb his mother Kimberly would like her (in this family, Mom’s opinion carries weight). The skeptics aren’t convinced Emma is the final answer.

The honest truth: with the Tell All as the gag order’s expiration date, nobody outside the cast knows for sure. But it’s hard to fake “babe” energy in a mall.

Now it’s your call. Drop your verdict in the comments: still together or over? And if you’re Team Endgame — what’s the one clue that convinced you?
