“Oh my God, I feel like I’ve lost all my words now,” said Chantel, 34, in a sneak peek of the Monday, August 18, episode of 90 Day: Hunt for Love, shared by People. “After spending time with all the guys here, it really showed me that what I’m looking for is actually back in Atlanta — I have someone waiting for me at home.”
Chantel Everett is opening up about her sexuality.
“Oh my God, I feel like I’ve lost all my words now,” said Chantel, 34, in a preview of the Monday, August 18, episode of 90 Day: Hunt for Love, shared by People. “Spending time with all the guys here made it clear to me that what I really want is back in Atlanta — I have someone at home.”
Before traveling to Mexico to film Hunt for Love, Chantel shared a kiss with a close family friend, an experience that led her to reflect on her sexuality.
“Before I came here, a friend of mine — who happens to be a woman — opened up to me and confessed that she had feelings for me,” Chantel explained. “And after dating and meeting different people on this journey, I realized that I truly care for her. I’ve decided I want to explore that relationship further.”
“And now, finally, I am officially public about my sexuality,” she continued. “It feels great.”
The Family Chantel star — who was previously married to Pedro Jimeno — recently opened up to Us Weekly about why she chose to join the TLC spinoff following her 2023 divorce.
“I’m a completely different person now,” Chantel told Us in May. “I feel like this is the best chapter of my dating life and my love life. … I wanted to be on the show to push myself outside of my comfort zone and see if maybe there’s someone out there I wouldn’t normally expect to be my type, but who I could truly fall in love with.”

She continued, “In this chapter of my life, I’m focused on keeping an open mind and not judging a book by its cover anymore.”
Although Chantel couldn’t share the outcome of her Hunt for Love journey, she hinted to Us Weekly that she set aside her usual preferences in search of something deeper. She explained that she threw her typical type “out the window” with the hope of finding a “genuine love connection.”
Chantel also shared with Us Weekly that she feels “grateful” to still be part of the 90 Day universe — though she admitted she wishes fans would stop constantly asking questions about her body.
“Everybody seems to think my boobs are fake. That might not be the wildest thing a fan has ever said, but it’s definitely one I want to clear up,” Chantel told Us Weekly. “They are not fake. I would never get implants this big. They’re real — God gave me these.”
