‘7 Little Johnstons’ Amber Shares Adorable Milestone Photo of Baby Granddaughter

Amber Johnston is in her proud grandmaera—and the 7 Little Johnstons star isn’t afraid to show it via social media.

On Sunday, March 3, the Johnston familymatriarch took to Instagram with an adorable milestone photo of her baby granddaughter, Leighton. Amber and Trent‘s daughter, Liz Johnston, welcomed her first child with her boyfriend, Brice Bolden, in November 2023.

In the snap, Leighton wears a pink outfit with her name printed on it and a cream-colored bow. The baby girl lies down on a blanket, featuring her moniker and a cirlced “4” on it—signaling she is now 4 months old.

Instagram followers couldn’t help but express how precious Amber’s granddaughter is and how fast she’s growing. One person declared, “Beautiful baby girl 💕,” while another wrote, “She is a cutie they grow way to fast enjoy every minute.”

Meanwhile, others pointed out how much Leighton resembles her mama. One Instagram user commented, “Her mom cut and pasted her face right on to the bby😍.”

Yet another person wrote, “Beautiful baby. Pretty like her mom.”

A trailer for Season 14 of 7 Little Johnstonsteased that viewers will see Liz reveal her pregnancy to the family. Although it didn’t show Trent and Amber’s immediate reactions, the video highlighted they were worried about Liz’s wellbeing.

“My biggest concern is healthcare,” Amber shared. “Elizabeth being a little person and having achondroplasia dwarfism, obviously, puts her in the high-risk category.”

Trent added, “Achondroplasia mothers cannot have natural childbirth. The pelvic bones are too small. So you have to have a C-section.”

Hopefully, everything went as smoothly as possible with Liz’s pregnancy and delivery. We can’t wait to follow along with her motherhood journey!
